From 9:00 to 17:45 on the day of rental (closes at 18:00)

Pregnant guests
Please refrain from wearing clothes for pregnant women in consideration of your mother’s health and the impact and safety of your precious baby.
If you have unavoidable reasons and would like to dress up, please contact us by phone.
Please note that if you do not tell us in advance that you are pregnant, and trouble occurs after wearing clothes or after the kimono rental experience, we will not be able to take responsibility for it.
About makeup fix and hair set
If you want to make or hair set yourself, please finish in advance and come to our store. The use of the make-up stand in the store is only for customers who use the option plan.
Please refrain from using the in-store makeup stand as it may be a nuisance to customers who use the option plan. In addition, hairpins and hair irons are not available for hygiene reasons based on the Beauty Law and for the safety of customers, so
please understand and cooperate.
Cancellation of reservations (groups of 10 people or less)
For cancellations due to weather conditions, etc., please be sure to contact us by phone or e-mail by 18:00 the day before.

Cancellation of reservations (groups of 10 or more people)
If you are booking in a group of 10 people or more, please be sure to cancel at least 3 days in advance for the convenience of staff arrangements. Cancellations made 3 days in advance or partial cancellations on the day will be charged 100% of the reservation plan as a cancellation fee regardless
of whether you use it or not.
Change your booking time
Please contact us by phone if you change the reservation time due to traffic conditions on the day of your visit. Please note that if you visit the store late for the reservation time, we will give priority to the customers who make a later
reservation, and the order may change.
Reservations for Spring, Autumn and New Year’s Day
Please note that depending on the congestion situation in the store, you may have some waiting time to dress up regardless of the time you wish to make a reservation. In addition, for the day when congestion is expected, such as during consecutive holidays, the reservation email will be a guide of the customer’s visit time to the
last, and the reservation time will not be confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that many customers can use the kimono rental
experience with your cooperation.

Baggage
The bag carry case that the customer has will be available in the store during your walk.
In addition, clothes at the time of visiting the store will be put in a special bag after wearing and available in the store. However, please take responsibility for the management of valuables, etc. and manage them yourself.
